TO USE: For relief of menopause symptoms and support healthy hormone balance, take 2 dropper pulls under tongue, hold and swallow as needed.  Most effective taken daily on first rising. Shake before use.

Meno balance

Freyja is exceptional in her knowledge and experience. I'm hopeful this will help with my meno symptoms! Taste leaves something to be desired but I'm not taking it for taste, I'm assuming it means it's working ;) will know more in a few months on efficacy.

Working well I take in am.Was not sure and shop owner is so kind and emailed me all info I needed as new to me all these tinctures .She us amazing and customer service is one of the reasons I will support her business and continue to .so many shops in Canada sell tinctures I had asked questions and vague at best answers not interested in a happy customer.While this shop is the opposite people need education on items new to them ,,, and yes it takes time but it also builds your business and makes another satisfied customer 👌
