Use during periods of grief, stress, anxiety and sadness and feel the warmth of a comforting herbal hug.

INGREDIENTS: Motherwort Herb (Leonarus cardiaca), Skullcap Herb (Scutellaria lacteriflora), Milky Oat tops (Avena sativa), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), St John’s Wort Herb (Hypericum perfoliatum), Spikenard Root (Aralia racemosa), Filtered Mineralized Water, Vegetable Glycerine & Gluten Free Alcohol (25%).

TO USE: For immediate support, take 3 ml (3-4 dropper pulls) under tongue or in a little water, hold and swallow. May repeat every five minutes (up to 4 x) until desired effect is achieved. Repeat as needed. To move through persistent discomforts, use 3 dropper pulls every 1-3 hours for a day or two, then taper off to 3-4x/day. Shake before use.

Warning: This formulation contains a small amount of St John’s Wort.  Many drugs can interact with St. John's wort, and serious drug interactions can occur when certain medicines are used at the same time. Do not take St. John's wort without medical advice if you regularly use other medicines. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight while taking St. John's wort as it can make you sunburn more easily.
