Our Gentle Birthing Formula contains a proprietary formulation of herbs to aid your body in preparing for the birthing process and facilitating quicker recovery once baby has arrived.  This formula was inspired by the favourite herbs used by midwives and indigenous peoples to tone the uterus and facilitate the birthing process while simultaneously soothing the nervous system.  

INGREDIENTS: Partridge Berry (Mitchella repens), Blue cohosh (Caulophyllum thalictroides), Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus), Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus), False Unicorn Root (Chamaelirium luteum), Motherwort Herb (Leonarus cardiaca), Ginger Root (Zingiber off.), Skullcap Herb (Scutellaria lacteriflora), Wild Yam Root (Dioscorea villosa), Bayberry Bark (Myrica cerifera), Purified Water & Grain-Free Alcohol.

High BP INGREDIENTS: Partridge Berry (Mitchella repens), Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus oxyacantha), Blessed Thistle (Cnicus benedictus), Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus), False Unicorn Root (Chamaelirium luteum), Motherwort Herb (Leonarus cardiaca), Ginger Root (Zingiber off.), Skullcap Herb (Scutellaria lacteriflora), Wild Yam Root (Dioscorea villosa), Bayberry Bark (Myrica cerifera), Purified Water & Grain-Free Alcohol.

Dosage:  Begin use 5 weeks before due date. Week 1: Take 1 dropper pull before morning and evening meals. Weeks 2 – 5: Take 1 dropper pull 3 times daily before meals. Postpartum – Take 1 dropper pull 3 x / day for 1 - 2 weeks.

*Shake before use.

This formula is not suggested if you have high blood pressure. Talk with your midwife or healthcare provider about using our Gentle Birthing Formula without Blue Cohosh instead.
