INGREDIENTS: Coltsfoot Herb (Tussilago farfara), Wild Cherry Bark (Prunus serotina), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Elderberries (Sambucas nigra), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Rosehips (Rosa spp), Ginger Root (Zingiber off), Osha Root (Ligusticum porterii), Horehound (Marubium vulgare), Mullein Leaf & Root (Verbascum thapsus), Organic Raw Local Honey, Sour Cherry, Vegetable Glycerine, Alcohol.

TO USE: Adults take 1 tsp/5 ml 3 times daily for cough/cold symptoms or 1/2 tsp/2.5 ml 6 times daily if preferred. For children children age 6-12 give 1/2 tsp 3 times daily or 1/4 tsp 6 times daily. For younger children’s dosage consult a professional herbal practitioner.
