It is formulated to penetrate deep into the tissues to restore circulation and oxygenation, relieve pain and facilitate regeneration of healthy tissue. INGREDIENTS: Arnica (Arnica montana), Marigold (Calendula officinalis), and St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) Flowers, Ginger (Zingiber officinale) and Habenero Pepper Powder (Capsicum chinense) infused in Organic Extra Virgin Olive & Avocado Oils, Essential Oils of Wintergreen & Peppermint.

TO USE: Apply a few drops to intact skin over painful areas and massage into the tissues. May be applied as needed up to two times daily.

Avoid getting in eyes or on mucous membranes.

Better than a mother’s kiss

I love mixing this oil with the BF&C salve for sore backs and arms after a day of heavy manual labor. I used it on my husband’s sore knee and his tight neck and arms after he laid our flooring and it was miraculous in releasing the tension and getting the pain to subside.

Best massage oil for larger areas

Similar to the balm, but goes on more evenly for larger areas. I'll use the oil on my legs or back and the salve on more localized muscle pain like neck or forearms. Both this oil and the deep tissue balm are phenomenal!
