Our signature Body Flow - Ducts & Glands Formula is specifically formulated to support and cleanse the lymphatic system including ducts and glands. Your body will show you some love as toxins and inflammation are cleared and fluids are flowing freely! This remedy is wonderful for sore throats, inflamed congested ears, and for relieving mastitis during lactation.

INGREDIENTS: Usnea lichen (Usnea barbata), Elderflower, Yarrow Aerials (Achillea millefolium), Wild Indigo Root (Baptista tinctoria), Boneset Aerials (Eupatorium perfoliatum), Hops Strobile (Humulus lupulus), Echinacea Root (Echinacea augustifolia), Goldenrod (Solidago canadensis), Poke Root (Phytolacca americana), Bee Propolis, & Filtered Mineralized Water in an Alcohol base.

TO USE: For lymphatic flow support, sore throat & earache or lactation support take 1-2 full droppers under tongue or in water 3-4x/day as needed for to 5 -7 days. Not for long term use. Shake before using.

Hands down my favorite remedy!

If there was only one remedy I could choose this would be it. As a nursing mom, it has kicked mastitis to the curb more than once and it got to the point that I got panicky if I had less than half a bottle on hand. Besides mastitis, it is great for almost any sickness and is my first line of defense. I used it on my son when he got mumps and he was better and symptom free by day 5.
